INTERNAL RULES
A regulation is never funny, it exists for the good of all and must be respected.
Ecological responsibility: in the dry season, danger of fire 🔥. Be careful of barbecue embers. It is strictly forbidden to light an open fire anywhere on the property and surrounding areas and also to use firecrackers 🧨 and other fireworks 🎇.
Sorting bins 🗑️ are available to the customer in the kitchen and behind the barbecue. Please use them wisely ; they are clearly labeled. In order not to encourage night visitors (wild boar, deer, badgers and others), do not leave edible material outside.
All sanitary facilities 🚽🚿are made available exclusively to the customer. He is asked to use them as best as possible, ensuring normal operation and reasonable consumption.
Do not clean the sanitary installations (faucets, shower, bathtub, sinks, WC) or their marble supports, with a scraper sponge. Formal ban 🛑 on pouring hydrochloric acid, soda or bleach in or next to the toilets. In the event of blocked toilets, contact the owner immediately.
Be careful, ⚠️ danger for the septic tank ! Apart from toilet paper, nothing else should be thrown into the toilet bowl. Trash cans are available in each bathroom.
The layout 🛏️: it has been designed for optimum use for the duration and quality of reception, also, bedding, furniture and various objects must not be transported outside the accommodation.
Maintenance ✨ of the rented premises : everyone is required to refrain from any action which could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the site both inside the premises and outside and in the surrounding area. The accommodation must be tidy upon departure. The tenant is required to maintain the rented premises during his stay and return them in the condition in which he found them.
Users are financially responsible for any damage they may cause through their actions. They are responsible for all incidents or accidents which may occur to them or to third parties due to their failure to comply with these regulations. They must comply with the charter and conditions of use of 🛜 WIFI (General Conditions of Sale).
Green spaces 🍃: picking flowers, fruits, nuts, leaves and branches is prohibited on the site.
Parking 🅿️ : Vehicles must be parked in the locations provided for this purpose and must not hinder the accessibility of the gîte to emergency vehicles.
It is forbidden to go camping ⛺ on the site, or to park a campervan there.
The customer is informed that beehives 🐝 are nearby and that there is a honey tree in the garden (American honeylocust) ; However, in certain seasons the presence of a few bees is noted. The customer undertakes not to disturb the activity of the bees and, in the event of an allergy, to make their own arrangements. In case of difficulty, a doctor or nurse can be advised. >
The gîte being located in a rural area, there are usual and pre-existing noises in these places (cock crowing 🐓, sounds of church bells, passing tractors 🚜 and other agricultural vehicles, chainsaw or mower engines) and odors ( very occasional passage of horses 🐴 and cows 🐮 on the road) may occur. The customer being informed, and freely accepting the rental, none of these elements can be considered as a disturbance neither sound nor smell and therefore no compensation will be provided.
The customer acknowledges that this is accommodation adjoining the owner's garage. Consequently, it will not obstruct the entry or exit of vehicles 🚗 of the owner or his beneficiaries (do not park on the entrance road).
The customer acknowledges that this is a two-story accommodation without an elevator, with attic access to which is prohibited 🚫.
For access to the dryer 👕, please contact the owner.
Access to the owner's home and outbuildings on site is prohibited 🚫 (potentially dangerous stairs).
Note : We remind you that smoking is prohibited 🚭 in all premises.
